    Good snacking foods

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I can't find anything on my phone!

I'm looking for good snacking ideas - I aim for 2 ~100cal snacks a day but I struggle. I'm not a big fan of fruit (and I'm really bored of bananas & grapes) and I love veggies but hate cutting them up haha (I have a glass of smoothie each day, not great I know but at least I get some fruity vits!)

I'm trying to be healthy as well as CC & I feel that "healthy" crisps or biccies etc are easier but just low fat/high rubbish.

Needs to be suitable to transport to work & I only have a fridge there.

Has anyone got any ideas I could try?

    Ta

When I started out I used to have a lot of the things you mention - low fat crisps etc. - but I gradually started to replace them with things like 100 cals worth of almonds. - tasty and good for you. I know you say you're not keen on fruit (I wasn't either!) but now I eat lots of those pre-prepared snack pots from Morrisons or Tesco. The Morrisons melon, grape, mango and pineapple one is lovely for 89 cals. Or the kids snack packs of dried apricots. I do still have too many cereal bars, just the Alpen Light or similar, as I love a sweet treat with coffee, lol, but there are healthier ones, like the Nakd bars. Or there's the old standby of the Shape Delight yogurt or similar (lovely if you combine it with the fruit!). xx

Oh I may look at the pre-packed fruit, I would be happier with a selection I think! How many cals are the Nakd bars? I love them!! Haha. I'm not a yoghurt fan - I used to do SW & drowned in mullerlights But I'm tempted by Greek style ones!

I just had a quick look on MyFitnessPal, and the Nakd bars are anything between 100 and 150 cals depending on the flavour. xx

If you haven't already got MyFitnessPal I'd definitely recommend getting it, by the way, as it's absolutely brilliant for calorie counting, and it's free! xx
