i have a diary going but the title is a bit demotivational for me as its a reminder that im not going to make my target i set myself, so i thought i would start a new one, i will be posting pics of my meals, progress pics and thoughts and ramblings to keep them off everyone elses threads lol :)

today i am out for a meal so for lunch a i made a salad, i didnt feel like a salad i felt like having a bacon sandwich BUT i know ill want to enjoy my meal so decided to save cals for later, as im not eating until 8pm!!! very late for me!

soo i had mixed leaves, 6 grapes, 5 cherry toms, cucumber, 2 slices of ham and some red pepper with salad cream (i spend most cals on sauces rather than chocolate or crisps etc as i cant stand any dry foods) i also had a yogurt for afters...a total of 328 cals! ill have to have somehting else before i go or ill end up being so hungry ill make really bad choices, im planning on having seabass..ive never tried it before, and a glass of red, so ill just have some fruit i think this afternoon. i have to cook tea for the family though which is going to be like torture when im hungry hahaha...ah well the things we do to lose weight eh?

i have been messing about with my target for a while, i initially wanted to be 8 and a half stone but i decided that would put me under a healkthy bmi and i dont want to be too thin, so i changed it to 9 and a half..then down to 9 then back upto 9.10 lol, but after a lot of soul searching this week ive decided that 9 stone is perfect a it gives me a buffer for maintaining and its the weight i really want to be...so time to crack on id say!! going to take measurements too...

hey! how tall are you? i have same goals as you and pretty much same measurements. and also have to cook tea for family why not having some of it- if they have meat I'll have it with veg instead of potatoes, rice, etc.

Sea bass is delish, I'm sure you will love it - and its v low cal - WIN WIN!
 
well today has been hard...been soo hungry, totm still absent, but hoping its looming, ive had period pains and im covered in spots, so hopefully it will come soon and my appetite wont be off the charts!! managed to resist junk food, but have had more cals than i intended. i need to make my soup tomorrow, ihave to go shopping so going to put some in the slow cooker, just veg and really low cal so i can have that when im peckish rather than going over cals. i have gained a pound this week too despite being really on it the past few days so thinking it must be totm looming, damn irregular periods!!!!

hoping it doesnt rain tomorrow as i want to go for a nice long walk, ive been stuck in during days due to the rain and floods, but i need to get out before i go crazy cos atm im just seeing these 4 walls and the bike ride to work, works four walls and the bike ride back!!!

Def a good idea to get wrapped up all cosy and go for a long walk in the fresh air. Then get loads of nice fruit and veg to munch on, and some options hot chocs or herbal teas? They will warm you up to. Are you taking a multi vit?

Yeah I've just started taking them again, bloody forgot options hot choc aargh. Went for a 2 hour walk then came home and did 2 hours cleaning. Then will be biking to and from work and standing on my feet for 5 hours. Surely that's enough exercise for one day? Lol

Well yesterday I went out at 12 and didn't get home til 9, I had to eat on the run and as we were watching the lights get turned on it was all rubbish food, I got chippy, then had crisps and chocolate. I was so fed up with the scales going up and up all week despite trying really hard that I just caved, anyway got up this morning and am 10.5??? Was 10.10 on Thursday morning.

im Emma, Im just about to start a calorie counting diary and wanted to make some friends over here so hope you dont mind me barging in on your diary!! im aiming for 1500cals to start with i think but may end up reducing to 1200cals.

How are you finding it so far? i have to say you look stunning in your blue dress!!

Hi Emma, all welcome here hun!!!! I like to talk ;) haha. I've done it since may and lost around a stone and a half, it took me a year to lose 2 stone with Sw so it's certainly faster for me, plus I've been messing about the last couple of months, what I used to do was aim for between 1200-1500 a day 5 days a week then on a weekend I'd have between 2000-3000 for one or 2 days. It worked well for me and stopped me from
Getting bored so I'm going to do that again. Plus I think the extra cals in a weekend keep

Hello, thats so good well done!! i would like to lose for my birthday in May but i kind of dont want to have a time goal i want a size goal to be a 10 again! seems a long way off now but realistically its only two dress sizes but two full dress sizes! also my bf's sister is getting married Feb 2014 and i def want to be at goal by then! in the mean time i want to get my head down and get on with it! i've realised that trying quick fixes doesnt work for me!! thats what im going to try and do, give myself a little more cals on the weekend for something to look forward too and as u say give the metabolism a kick!! xx
