    Start Weight: 320lb
    Current Weight: 198lb
    Goal Weight: 154lb
    Goal Date: march 26 2013 (flying to america!)

    Current BMI: 32
    Goal BMI: 24.9


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 122lb
    Weight to Lose: 44lb

    Fitbit

    Dose anyone use fitbit on here? Im hoping it will help me in my goals I was wondering how other people had gotten on with it.

    April 2012-April 2013


    My goals
    Drop back to pre surgery weight (182lbs)
    Fit in 14s with out feeling bloated.
    Cut out all sweeteners and sugars that are refined
    Eat more healthy fats (nuts fish etc)
    Fit in size 12 comfortably
    Not to put on weight in America (there for a month) (put 4lbs on not bad)
    Fit in 10/8 comfortably
    Lose my wobbly tummy
    Lose my muffin top
    Go on Sun holiday and love wearing a bikini.
    Get rid of all old clothing that's big
    Find a balance between happiness, food, and exercise

    It's basically a pedometer but has online support and helps you know how much you burn day to day thus it tells you want you can eat.
