    Current Weight: 11st12lb

    Total Weight Loss: 2st4lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st2lb

    Help

    From july up untill 3 weeks ago i went from 14st1 to 11st9lbs. Everyones noticed a massive difference. A few weeks ago i was in hospital and wasnt to good. Im fine now. But i feel like, ive lost it and in not in "the zone" anymore if that makes sence. I always use my fitness pal but im not checking everything in. Arghhhhhhh
