You know why you've gained, you've said yourself that you've been off track for the past couple of weeks. Remember how hard you've worked to loose that two and half stone, and imagine yourself right back at where you started. Do you really want to go through that again? Just take one day at a time, and every time you have to make a decision, try and make it a little bit healthier. Everyone has the off day or two, you just need to pick yourself, put them behind you and get back on it.
