Hi can someone tell me how many cals i should be on, i am 5ft and weigh 142 pounds
There's a thread in the Stickies section of this forum that should help you out, or go onto My Fitness Pal and it will set one for you. A lot depends on how much you need to lose, how active you are, your age etc. Just bear in mind that it shouldn't be less than 1200 a day for a woman or 1500 for a man. All the best. xx
