    Lunch ideas

    Hi guys I'm back on it, just new some lunch ideas, pref sandwiches wraps, microwaveable meals or quick meals for me at lunch while at work
    Any ideas?
    Week 1 (13/01/12) - lost 5lb (into 15's)
    Week 2 (20/01/12) - lost 2lb
    Week 3 (27/01/12) - lost 3lb
    January - lost 10lb = 215lbs
    Week 4 (3/02/12) - lost 2lb
    Week 5 (10/02/12) - put on 2lb was birthday week tho
    Week 6 (17/02/12) - lost 3lb
    Week 7 (23/02/12) - lost 3lb (into 14stone's) YAY
    February - Lost 6lb = 209lbs

    Week 8 (01/03/12) - lost 1lb
    Week 9 (08/03/12) - lost 2lb
    Week 10 (15/03/12) - lost 1lb
    Week 11 (22/03/12) - lost 3lb
    Week 12 (28/03/12) - lost 1lb
    March - Lost 8lbs = 201lbs

    Week 13 (5/04/12) - lost 1lb
    Week 14 (12/4/12) - lost 3lb
    Week 15 (19/4/1) - STS
    Week 16 (26/4/12) - lost 4lb (into 13's) OMG SO HAPPPY
    April - Lost 8lbs = 193lbs
    Week 17 (3/5/12) - STS
    Week 18 (10/5/12) - lost 1lb
    week 19 (17/5/12) - lost 1lb
    week 20 (24/5/12) - lost 2lb

    Holiday Goal = 189lbs = 13stone 7lbs = Reached on 25th May 2012 xxx

    Back off Holiday - gained 4lb - 13stone11lb

    19/7/12 - Lost 1lb


    Goal Weight - 11stone 7lb - February - MY BIRTHDAY

    I had a lovely wrap today, wafer thin chicken iceberg lettuce little low fat grated cheese and lf Caesar dressing. Was delish! I use the mini wraps at 97 cals each so I can have 2!
    My face lunch is an egg and bacon salad (dribbling just thinking about it!)
    I'm also a new fan of mug shots too in a hurry!
