I've just finished writing my list of goals that I wanna achieve along my weight loss journey, from the beginning right to the very end & the ultimate goal.. it's been an eye opener just by writing it, and now I can focus on each mini goal along the way to keep me motivated.

I think everyone would benefit from doing it, especially if you're an impatient so & so like me! I've always had trouble with focusing on the here & now and taking one day and baby step at a time, but now with a list of goals I can focus on each one in turn and then before I know it hopefully the final goal and big picture should be in view!

    Here's my goals..

    -- Lose 14lbs, preferably by February 1st
-- Get out of the 200's and back into the 190's
    -- Get down to 192lbs, meaning a 2st loss!
-- Lose 2 inches from everywhere
    -- Get down to 182lbs (13 stone)
-- Lose another inch from at least one spot
    -- Lose 3 stone!
-- Fit comfortably into size 16 work trousers
    -- Get down to 168lbs (12 stone)
-- Try a size 14 pair of jeans or trousers on, do they fit yet?
-- Do your best to take up running again, but pace yourself..
-- Get out of the 160's and into the 150's
    -- Be 150lbs, meaning a 5 stone loss!
-- Have lost 6 inches from everywhere, taking bust down to 39inches
-- Get down to 140lbs & see how I feel there
-- Fit into size 10/12 clothes, both top & bottom
    -- Start training for a 5K run
-- Get back to November 2012 measurements of 28ins waist, 32ins bust and 34ins hips
-- Fit into size 8/10 clothes, top & bottom
    -- ULTIMATE GOAL of 133lbs!!
-- Get cosmetic surgery done (for those who are unaware, I booked & pair for breast enlargement when I was my smallest last year, long story short is having a baby changed things a lot for me in the boob area & losing weight shrunk them down to nothing! The company have my money on hold until I'm ready to go ahead with surgery again)
-- Book holiday abroad with OH and LO
-- Wear a swimming costume & get in the pool, for the first time in 8 years
-- Maintain weight & be happy!

Interested in the different goals people set.
My only goal is to lose 100lb in a year (from when I started last year)
I haven't really broken it down.
Trying to track my progress; would love any support.
    Thank you.

Oooh. Just remembered I bought a pair of trousers three sizes down as my Christmas challenge. Will need to hunt them down and try them on.

Think I'm going to buy clothes as my target. I'm tight in 20 atm so my plan for Easter is to fit in a pair of size 16 pink cords I bought in the Sainsburys sale last week. No sure when Easter is but around four months should be enough.
Trying to track my progress; would love any support.
    Thank you.

Thank you. Might be tight then as I guess I need to lose at least two stone for that.

Mmmmhhh, I'll have a pop at this

    Weigh myself
See ANY downward movement on the scales and be happy with even a half pound loss.....learn PATIENCE
    NO stupid diets
Stop obsessing so much about my weight and boring the pants off my friends
    Stop self sabotaging
Start my strength training properly and do it 3 x weekly
Reduce amount of pre-packaged and processed food and get back to cooking from scratch
Get back into size 14 on bottom and 16 on top (I think that would satisfy me). I would not look good at size 10
Stop avoiding social events due to whatever stupid diet I'm on......just learn self control. Life is there to live, no more losing out because of my weight
EAT WITH THE FAMILY......you can eat healthily with them without making separate meals
No diet food.......a little bit of full fat wont kill ya
    No artificial sweetener

    That will do for starters
