    Today is IT!!!!

    Happy New Year Everyone!!!!!:-)
    I have just realised i joined in August 2011!!!!! in the hope to lose weight! And im still stuck around the same weight!!!! I spent all this time faddling from one diet to the other and over thinkinf and failing rather than just focusing on one with consistency and sticking to it!
    So no matter what today is the day i will make a change because i do NOT want this fat suit anymore!!! I will get to my size 12 figure!!!!!! 2013 i will make full use of you and change my lifestyle!!! We can all do this xx gooood luck to everyone starting on their weight loss journey x x x x
    I had to post this so that when i look back in a year and see this post and then see myself in the mirror, il see that i did indeed take myself serious and lose 5st and look and feel confident!!!
