not been on here in a long time, my life has finally calmed down and i am now working full time in my staff nurse job and i only have the one job so more time to dedicate to me.
i will be comsuming 1750 cals which is above my bmr and a decent deficet from my tdee. i have my hairy dieters cookbook and also jamies 15min meals - looking to try new things this year and not eat the same everyday

Hiya......good luck. I'm gonna have around 1800 cals or below. Just finished a full metabolism reset over 8 weeks (well I hope it's reset!! :-( ) and I've gained a stone on top of it all so that's a bit of a disaster but I'm hoping it was worth it as after years of binge/starve/binge I was running round in circles
