Highly recommend The Hairy Dieters! I opened it up again last night and found lots of new recipes to try. So far I've only made the Spinach, Feta and Mint Omelette, the Spanish Style Chicken Bake, and the Golden Veg Soup. All were amazing and don't taste low cal, which is really important to me. I like flavour!

Off to check out Nadia's book on Amazon, hasn't heard of it before...

Nadias book is new. I like it. It's different from hairy dieters in that the meals are yummy but mostly lighter than the hairy dieters who obviously go in for good family comfort food . Nadias is family food but not as heavy. I'd say the two books actually compliment each other really well.

Are the simple to follow? I'm a terrible cook and a student so with very little space, time or money. Would they work for me?

I think they'd work for you, I've only tried hairy bikers book so far. They seem pretty straight forward, lots of veg etc! Although they do like various herbs/spices in a lot of recipes! There's everything from soup, curry, omelettes right to roast dinners! The recipes seem fool proof, they must be cause I cooked them! I've been making them and freezing some for another day as some recipes are for 6 people and there's only 3 of us in our family! Good luck with it xx

Sorry it took a while to reply, been rather busy. Ice taken a few photos you probably can't read the recipes properly but should give you a flavour of what's in Nadias book
