1st Challenge: Farewell dinner with the parents

Hello from a newbie. So, I'm back on the diet after falling off since starting Uni in December and being to stressed and concerned about fitting in to do anything about it. But now I've got a term under my belt and wanted to be able to look good for graduation in a few years (and help on the dating front - I go clubbing with 2 6ft size 10 girls and don't get a look in!)

The problem is - my parents want to take me out for dinner tomorrow at either Frankie and Benny's or Chiquito's tomorrow before sending me off back to uni. What would you recommend eating? Also, any good diet ready meals for when I do go back to uni?

One meal isn't going to ruin any diet you are on. I would suggest eating lightly during the day of the meal. Then have what you want at the meal. Enjoy it and don't feel guilty. You will still lose weight. Then back on tack the following morning. You still have to live a normal life.
Enjoy the meal and hope the next term at Uni goes well. xx

Frankie and bennys has a nice low calorie section on their menu so then you know at least what your having. Mexican food in general is not really diet friendly unless made at hope. Restaurants tend to deep fry every thing. But as was said before its just one meal. Go where you enjoy. And have fun!

Thank you guys. Just so scared off falling off again. I usually start a diet and end up heavier at the end.

Tesco do a good range of both frozen and chilled ready meals - Light Choices. Or Morrison's Nume range. I live on them combined with frozen veg. xx
