Past user back for more!
I am back again, to lose yet again the weight I have gained over the past couple of years. I lost 2 1/2 stone with diet chef back in 2010 and I have gradually been putting back on a stone over the past year or so (especially since starting uni in September 2012). I need to get myself fit again and to carry on with my weight loss to enable me to be fit for work in 2 years when I qualify as a Paramedic. But before that I need to get fit for climbing Mount Snowden in April with my classmates. I am aiming to get down to my goal weight by July this year so I feel confident in a bikini when I go on holiday with my family.
I have bought myself a top of the range cross trainer which I intend to use at least 5 times a week as well as sticking to a calorie count of 1200 a day.
That's about it, I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully read everyone else's story.
