    Why is this making me clean?! I think theres something wrong with me lol

    Ok so I had my lovely roast dinner (all within my calorie allowance! - YUM!) but then I rushed and did the washing up and cleaned the bathroom!!

    I just keep cleaning! So much more active but it's weird!

    Cleaning burns calories right?
    SSing to get to goal after maintaining a loss of 8 1/2 stone for a year!

    I did this once but had to stop to get married
    Re-starting to lose my last 4st and get to goal!




    Week 1 (10 days) = -10lbs (SS)
    Week 2 = -6lbs (SS)
    Week 3 = -4lbs (SS+)
    Week 4 = -1lbs (SS+)
    Week 5 = -4lbs (SS+)
    Week 6 = -1lbs (SS+)
    Week 7 = -3lbs (SS+)
    Week 8 = -3lbs (SS+)
    Week 9 = No weigh in - CDC on hols
    Week10 = -2lbs (810)

    hey
    im the same been on.a mad cleaning spree. cleaning cupboards and every little crack! my hands stink of bleach.lol

    i have an app on my phone which tells u how many cals burned from activities and it does include cleaning. funnly enough it even includes foreplay i laughed at that one ... its not the sort of actibity you woulf willingly put in your cal counting diary!!! lol

    It's crazy isn't it? I hate cleaning lol have been washing up everything as it is used! Good thing is the kitchen looks great
