    Embarassing Fat Bodies

    Is anyone watching this? Makes me feel uncomfortable just watching but great motivation.
    SSing to get to goal after maintaining a loss of 8 1/2 stone for a year!

    I did this once but had to stop to get married
    Re-starting to lose my last 4st and get to goal!




    Week 1 (10 days) = -10lbs (SS)
    Week 2 = -6lbs (SS)
    Week 3 = -4lbs (SS+)
    Week 4 = -1lbs (SS+)
    Week 5 = -4lbs (SS+)
    Week 6 = -1lbs (SS+)
    Week 7 = -3lbs (SS+)
    Week 8 = -3lbs (SS+)
    Week 9 = No weigh in - CDC on hols
    Week10 = -2lbs (810)

    I had to close my eyes when they were removing all that skin from the young lad.

    When I lost my 10 stone I had alot of loose skin but the doc said I had to get down to goal cos then I would want more surgery! I was happy as a size 12 apart from this unfortunate problem

    Still gonna lose it for good though! If I need surgery after so be it!

    I can't watch this or the other embarrassing bodies, I haven't the stomach for it!
    I find it unreal people are too embarrassed to go to their GP but will get everything out on TV!!

    Agree with you on that one. I wonder though, I think the show helps them more than their gp sometimes (of you know what I mean?)
