Another needing support. :)
Hi, my name is bertie, im 21 and trying to get in shape. My current weight is 15st 10lbs, started at 17st2lbs, stopped when my uni course got intense, found it difficult when i got back home but was determined to start again this year, i started my diet nearly three weeks ago and have lost 5lbs. I'm going to the gym around three times a week eating upto 1300 calories a day and its going well but just need some support as times are hard at home and feeling a bit low.
Also i have difficulty as i injured my knee in a car accident three years ago which means i have trouble exercising.
Hope to hear from you, your inspiring stories would be greatly appreciated. :)
