    Hi ladies

I'm very unfit and wondered if u know a good fitness dvd for beginners. Some of the ones I've looked at are great if your already quite fit but would practically kill me!!

    Any ideas?

I do the diversity dance DVD. It's hard to remember the moves but after a few goes I'm breaking, popping and locking like a pro!! Ha ha! I'm not quite good enough to bust the moves in a night club yet though. Lol x

I'd recommend Jill Michaels 30 day shred for beginners. It has 3 20 min workouts-so can stay on level 1 til it's becoming too easy.

Yeah the 30 day shred is brill too, very similar to josie Gibson. I may try the diversity one that sounds good I love dancing.
