Well this is the least positive day Ive had so far. I feel a bit flat (shame I don't look it!) and fed up but I've still forced myself to go on the treadmill and feel better for it.

Lovely to hear from you. Felt a bit rough today aswell and haven't been on the treadmill but I also haven't pigged out so I'm not stressing about it. Weigh in tomoro tho so fingers crossed.
