So as I've posted before I have started a calorie counting / exercise.
Post exercise next day get a bout of diarrhoea.
Is this my body adjusting?
Is it fat broken down after work out and leaving body? Or is that just wishful thinking
Has anyone else experienced this?? And if it is my body adjusting how long does it normally last x

This is called runners trots. It's one of those things that happen when people exercise. It's basically all the movement helps everything else move.

Hahaha sorry :) I thought it was just me and my dodgy bowels this happened to.
Only seems to happen when I'm out jogging miles away from a loo tho lol.

That's always the way isn't it. It's just one of those annoying things. Thats why I like to run at the gym. It's easy to get off the treadmill and run to the loo.

happens to me too, I can be halfway through a workout and need the loo so bad, hate to stop a dvd halfway through though!

I'm glad it's not just me. And from the replies I'm glad it's the following day and not the same day or time I'm actually exercising x
