    Smile Week 1 over!

    I started my calorie counting last week and I'm down 5lbs, can't believe it How's everyone else doing?

    Thanks gabbiearcher That is fantastic How did you do it and in such a short time? My goal is to be down 56lbs in 4 months but I might be over ambitious, once the weight is going down at all I should be grateful.

    Thanks Dolil I'm on 1250 a day but I still allow myself a low fat packet of crisps everyday because I can't seem to just cut out altogether so I'm just cutting down I'm sure you'll do brilliant Best of luck tomorrow

    Might be a bit ambitious. Taken me six months to lose 47lb, although I'm not super strict (know I'm in for long haul)


    Don't get disheartened if you don't lose at the rate you want. A good healthy sustainable loss averages about 2lb a week.
