    Ok i am back after a 2 year absence (roughly) in 2011 i went from 18stone 13lb down to 15stone 9lb.
    today i weigh 17stone5lbs

    feeling pretty yuk at the mo but have had a good chat with myself and i am now raring to goand get back on the weight loss train.
    I am aiming to go below my last weight loss and continue til i get to my goal weight at which i have set at 12 stone 7lb.

    lose 5 stone

    May challenge was to lose 9lb. i actually lost 13lb
    June challenge to lose 10lb 10lb down 0lbs to go
    July challenge to lose 10lb 10lbs down 0lbs to go

    August challenge to lose 8lbs Been a bad girl and put on 4lb

    15/07/2011 A milestone ive lost more weight than what i have got left to lose; hmmmm think that makes sense lol

    Welcomeeee and best of luck x if you done it before u can defo do this again! Can i ask did you lose it all last time wih calorie counting?? and if so, how long did it take u? ive just started out and keep falling off the wagon!!
