pasta calories - cooked weight?

Hi girls, after some help if possible please?
I'm logging all my food on mfp and have just tried to put in the 100g cooked pasta but the calories are so varied and wondered if its the difference between cooked and uncooked.....
Anyone give me a ball park cal figure for 100g cooked fusilli pasta please?

I always weigh mine uncooked, but according to my packet (Sainsburys Tricolour Fusilli) a 90g dry weight serving has 321 calories.

Under that it says 90g dry pasta = approximately 190g once cooked.

Not sure if that helps?

It does thx. I've got Napolina and it states calories but for 100g as sold!

Hi , MFP has "generic fusilli pasta cooked" as 118 cals for 100g cooked.
