Weekday breakfast is really tricky as I have to wolf it down at my desk. On the weekends I like blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or peanut butter on toast!!
I had a Quorn stirfry for breakfast.
Which is odd i know.
I'm late shift so try and have a decent brunch before i go as its the only hot meal i have all day but had no eggs, bacon, beans or bread.
Was yummy tho.
Then have one!! I find if you have a yummy breakfast you really love it's a great start to the day and you feel more full and content afterwards. Plus, if you're creative and find some low fat sausages and bread I bet you can do it without stuffing up your calories.
You guys are having quite tasty breakfasts...it is inspiring me to start being more creative and eating yummier things. Calorie counting certainly doesn't have to mean boring eating! :)
I had crunchy nut cornflakes - forgot how sweet they were x
