    Red face I am back peeps

    some updates perhaps.

    I feel like I have jumped from area to area to area of this forum and now I am back to calorie counting pmsl!!!!

    From Calorie counting last year I jumps to Atkins went through a time of just eating everything then joined weight watchers in the new year and am now back to calorie counting completed my first week back and lost 8lbs very happy with that and just shows you that it is the best one for me to follow. No gimmicks just maths.

    How are you all getting on?



    May 2007 the scales were in the early 20st's

    January 2013 - 15st 5lbs
    February 2013 - 14st 10lbs
    1st March 2013 - 14st 12lbs what is the point!!!!!!
    10th March 2013 - 15st 00lbs OMFG
    16th March 2013 - 14st 6lbs first week back on Calorie Counting
    23rd March 2013 - 14st 2lbs happy girl this week
    30th March 2013 - 14st 0lbs
    6th April 2013 - 13st 12lbs
    28th April 2013 - 13st 12lbs


    May Challenge ????? don't want to set a goal and then fail again.
