Hi all x
Recently been put on beta blockers as have high blood pressure x been on SW for a few years failing each time and need a complete new way of doing things as lost all motivation x trying the 5:2 diet as a few friends have with good results but just wondering if theres anyone on minimims doing it so can share ideas/chat and support etc ?

Im doing 5 days at 1500 calories and 2 fasting days at 500 calories x
Starting weight 16 stone 7lb
