It is quite quiet on the CC section! I think because the majority of us use MFP (and the forum on there) <-- that's a complete guess!

It is quiet on here!! I am CCing to in order to get into a wedding dress!!!

I have a diary section over in the main diary but called my up and down CCing journey (or something similar!)

well done on your loss so far! Even tho there are not many people on the CCing bit I often look at SW/WW posts because there are more and so many helpful recipes and tips!!

MFP us helpful but I don't use their forum- yet!

I use mfp to.log food but dont go on their forums as i felt comfy here before lol whens ya wedding?! And hi both of ya xxxx

sure were friends on mfp, but thought id say hi! I do the same and flit between this and other diets like slim fast cos that's about cal counting (and its what im doing at the minute before I go on holidays!!!)

I have a diary LadyJo's journey to lose 6st and I tend to update that everyday....

im always around so feel free to jump on my diary and have a chat! xxx
 
Hi, would be nice to have some activity here. I have fallen off the wagon but hope to start cc from tomorrow. Today i have cleared out my cupboards in prep, ok what i really mean is that i have eaten half a box of thorntons and no sit here feeling sick and guilty. Tomorrow is new day and hopefully a new start :)
 
Hi, I used to use the last summer. I lost almost 3 stone, started off with SW which helped with first stone but found CC and walking did the trick. I have put back up about 5 -7lbs with not walking and bad choices at work (lots of cake) so want to lose them ( no scales, using families when I visit!) I am back using MFP but not forum. I am *Snip* on that. Best of luck, its toughnbut great to see results.

EDT: I have just updated my stats....ooh, I'd lost 20% body weight and to see it change to 18.6% is disheartening as well as BMI go up a point- I suppose that's the motivation needed.

I don't really use the MFP forum either - it's a little preachy for my liking!! And samey :) But I use it for logging. I'm on it with the same name.

Hi to everyone! I'm also a former SWer, but CC is just easier as I can fit it into my life and (most importantly for me!) not tell anyone what I'm up to, it's all about being a sneaky squirrel!

Leeanne910 - I was also a victim of booze related badness this weekend. Had muchos alcohol (all logged - but probably way out!) and then ate my way through 3300 odd calories yesterday. Time to be saintly until Friday (my WI) :D

I weigh on a Wednesday morning, tho I have been known to jump on on other days but Wednesdays are my official days and the weights I record x
 
I clocked what it was in the durrrr me I use that for tracking! Black Country museum don't live far from there small world! Lost 3lb this week
 
Hi everyone! This forum has been really quiet recently, sooo nice to see some activity :D I could totally do with a buddy/buddies as well.. I'm 25 and a student. I've been on and off this weight loss thing since christmas, and recently got back to it properly (in the last six weeks) then got the flippin' flu last week and went right off the wagon, gaining 4.5lb! So it is my mission to get that back off this week!

I've done SW a couple of times in the past but find it too fussy. CC is the one for me! :)

I'm an ex SW'er too, and have just come back to CC after having my 2nd baby. She's 3 weeks old now and I get on the scales this morning and I'm 13 stone :( so back to the forum I come!! Nice to see a bit of CC activity :)
I use MFP to track but not their forum. Not keen for some reason. *Snip*

Well....im a bit fed up. Struggled to behave since the weekends treats. Have gained a lb....decided wednesdays to be me weigh in. Amd today sorry for tmi went loo and signs of totm arghhhhhhhh so it explains why i felt starvin yesterday i prob wasnt hungry was prob hormones. Oh well....i will try harder!!!
