Accurate calorie calculator
Anybody have any recommendations for online tools that give accurate figures? I'm trying to work out how many calories to have each day but I'm getting varying results.
Week 0 = 14st 13lbs Week 1 = 14st 1lb - 12lbs Week 2 = 13st 11lbs - 4lbs Week 3 = 13st 11lbs - STS Week 4 = 13st 4lbs - 7lbs Week 5 = 13st 2lbs - 2lbs Week 6 = 13st 4lbs + 2lbs (re-feed for hols) Week 7 = No weigh in, on hols Week 8 = 13st 2lbs - 2lbs Week 9 = 13st 0lbs - 2lbs Week 10 = No weigh in, too busy eating everything.
Week 11.5 = 12st 10lbs - 4lbs (moved weigh in day)
Week 12 = 12st 5lbs -5lbs
Week 13 = 12st 3lbs - 2lbs
Week 14 = 12st 3lbs STS (struggling to stay on the wagon)
Week 15 = 12st 1lbs - 2lbs
