Mine is....
Breakfast: 1 Hovis white slice toasted (no butter) and beans followed by a banana.

Lunch: 2 egg cheese omelette satsuma

Dinner: 100g chicken breast with mushroom and peppers made into a VLC curry ( used to make it on the Cambridge) with a little basmati rice ( 1/2 boil in bag)


If I have any cals left over I'll be choosing some grapes! X
 
Total 950 calories! X
 
Breakfast/brunch: two slices wholemeal toast with 3 scrambled eggs and olive spread = 444

lunch: lentil soup = 190

Dinner: meatballs, chips n beans (lazy day) = 634

Snacks: teax2, banana, glass white wine = 258

1526 for the day ?. Daily Calories are 1540 according to mfp x

Unhealthy but been out with in laws!
 
Breakfast: a smoothie made with 1 medium banana, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1tsp honey and 150ml milk
257 calories

Lunch: 1 pouch of steamed veg (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot)
75 calories

Dinner: McDonald's (NAUGHTY!! But stayed within calories!) Double Cheeseburger and 3 Chicken Selects
805 calories

Snacks: Cheesy Pom Bears and 1 triangle of Toblerone
223 calories

Total:
1,390 calories
 
B- porridge with protein powder mixed in and a banana 373 cals

L- soup, oatcakes, laughing cow triangle and grapes ooh and an after eight 343 cals

D- sainsburys recipe for sausage pasta bake around 500 cals

Total 1217
Went to the gym today so allowing myself a few more calories so might have a hot choc and chocolate rice cake later with the tv!

Today I had:
Bagel with reduced fat pate
Waffles, beans and a veggie sausage
Chicken taco chilli and tilda Mexican rice
Freddo
Del monte smoothie lolly

Tomorrow's plan:
Porridge with maple syrup
Ww tomato soup and bagel
Aldi lemon sole, waffles and beans or peas

My plan today is
breakfast - porridge oats with lemon curd (really nice)
Lunch - chicken soup with pasta
Dinner - veggie spag bol with lots of veg
Then after the kids are in bed I might have a jelly while watching a film.
Total is just under 1300cals. I have a goal of 1540cals so im still under. Also added in calories for tea and diet coke and some squash throughout the day.

B - shreddies and a danio yoghurt 350cals
L - I'm not sure yet
D - sausage and bean hotspot I'm not sure on the calories for that yet need to work it out
 
Oh my god lemon curd is on my shopping list now I luuurve it!
 
OK so I will move this up

Breakfast
Bran Flakes with yogurt and fruit
Lunch
Tin of good quality tomatoes put in the micro and cooked until thick. - finely chopped onion cooked in a micro box with a cube, garlic powder and water until it is soft then mixed into the tomatoes --
Dry fried egg - lots of mushrooms dry fried.

Dinner
Asda meatfree meatballs - 31 cals each - with home made tomato sauce and 50gms dry of pasta

1200 cals

Driink fruit and chocolate cal free tea inbetween.
 
Fitnesse cereal and milk
Subway chicken teriyaki sub
Walkers pops crisps
M&s count on us spaghetti carbonara
Milkybar

Takes me to 1197 cals. I have 353 left.

Dinner - Chickpea and Aubergine Curry and Rice
 
I didn't have breakfast as I was late for work

L - egg and cress sandwich and a twice
D- chicken and chorizo jambalaya

Sesame bagel with chive philly light
Blt pasta salad (home made, it's huge!)
Jacket potato with beans

Will sneak a couple of biccies at the office with my coffees ;)
 
Ate a whole packet of ginger nuts yesterday so today is about trying to backtrack
So...
B - Weetabix
D - Individual cheese pizza and wedges (trying to eat down the freezer)

That's all i've got so far, i love this thread though, it gives me lots of ideas :) x
 
B- a bit random but a tesco falafel and butternut squash salad
L - pitta with hummus and salad. Bag of crisps
D - will be the chicken and chorizo jambalaya. I didn't have time to make it yesterday.
