Breakfast: 1 Hovis white slice toasted (no butter) and beans followed by a banana.
Lunch: 2 egg cheese omelette satsuma
Dinner: 100g chicken breast with mushroom and peppers made into a VLC curry ( used to make it on the Cambridge) with a little basmati rice ( 1/2 boil in bag)
If I have any cals left over I'll be choosing some grapes! X
