Just remember that Christmas time is no different to any other time of the year food and drink wise.
You can buy/eat cake, mince pies etc any time of the year so why spoil your 'diet' by eating it at Xmas when you don't bother with it at other times of the year.:)

That's about as far removed from my philosophy of weight loss as it's possible to get, lol. I do eat cake throughout the year, and don't believe in deprivation or cutting things out completely. Christmas is a celebration, and if eating "naughty" things is part of your family's way of celebrating and you want to join in, you're just going to be miserable and feel like it's a punishment if you don't, and then any weight loss plan is more likely to be jeopardised. But each to their own, eh? Just do what works for you. :) xx

Time does goes fast!

Totally agree, it's all about balance. I had my first mince pie and mulled wine tonight and all within my calorie count. Enjoyed it, had it, no guilt and moving on.....

I don't like mince pies
I'm feeling alright. Positive about tomorrow :)

Just in general. I am working 10 hours tomorrow but I have it all planned :) I always feel good when I've written down the next days food. Hopefully I will be far too tired to come in and stuff my face too :) so it will be straight to bed for me!
