Just think how good you'll feel, when all the post-Christmas dieters flood on here in January, that you've been good BEFORE Christmas as well, lol. Does that help? ;) xx
wow what a day took mum and dad shopping for there xmas shopping wow went at 10.30 am got home 10.00pm wow long day but plenty of walking bless them
wish I could be bothered to decorate the house. Still not done yet!! x
busy busy working mucking out 6 horse and the other dogs body jobs that comes with that!! my arm has a big bruise on it 1 of my sister's horses bit me through a jumper and a coat!! ran back home to have dinner before gym today did hips bums and tums!! proud of myself managed to do all of those leg excersizes now without giving up!! :p
Just remember that Christmas time is no different to any other time of the year food and drink wise.
You can buy/eat cake,mince pies etc any time of the year so why spoil your 'diet' by eating it at Xmas when you don't bother with it at other times of the year.:)
That's about as far removed from my philosophy of weight loss as it's possible to get, lol. I do eat cake throughout the year, and don't believe in deprivation or cutting things out completely. Christmas is a celebration, and if eating "naughty" things is part of your family's way of celebrating and you want to join in, you're just going to be miserable and feel like it's a punishment if you don't, and then any weight loss plan is more likely to be jeopardised. But each to their own, eh? Just do what works for you. :) xxQuote:

Totally agree, it's all about balance. I had my first mince pie and mulled wine tonight and all within my calorie count. Enjoyed it, had it, no guilt and moving on.....

Just in general. I am working 10 hours tomorrow but I have it all planned :) I always feel good when I've written down the next days food. Hopefully I will be far too tired to come in and stuff my face too :) so it will be straight to bed for me!
