Hiya
My name is Michelle & starting Thursday (not wanting to make too many promises for tomorrow!) I will be back on the calorie counting!

I lost a stone in the summer and felt great but unfortunately have put most of this back on due to taking my eye off the target!

I have been asked to be a bridesmaid in June and I am walking the moonwalk in May so have a couple of good reasons to get slinky!!!!

I am starting with 1600 net calories a day & I use MFP to track (User name)So........look forward to getting to know you all over the weeks!

Hello and welcome! 1,600 sounds like a good starting point, plenty of room for reduction as you lose weight. Good luck. :) xx
