Calorie counting: Daily weigh in
So I have started keeping a book detailing what calories I'm eating. I have so far being weighing in once a day - when I wake up. For me its a better option than weekly weigh in as it helps me keep concentrated on my weight and identify slips. I used this method before ( about 2 years ago )and lost 2st in 6 weeks of which I've put a stone back on since.
I am 5ft 6in weight 12st and I would like to reach 9st 7lb by August.
I have set a target of 20 days for the first 10lbs. Hopefully with a 1000cal or less diet for the next 20 days I can lose the 10lb. This will put me at 11st 4lb on the 23/1/14. I will keep updating this with how i'm doing
