I lost 3lb counting calories after plateauing on SW since November! Stuck to 1200 on most days with a bit of a day off on sat and 2 days where I went slightly over. I am over the moon as I am now only 6lb from my target weight!! I intend to go back on SW plan, as I must admit I have been pretty hungry this week but I will try to do red days. I may then dabble with CC again in a few weeks time. So thanks for all your help whilst I've been in this section and I'll prob be back again soon x
 
Thanks a lot. I did the red days this week as I had planned but had a bit of a hiccup on sat with a meal out so tried to redeem it with 2 days of CC at 1200 cals. Will see what the scales say tonight but will deserve it this week if is maintain or don't lose x
 
Im starting calorie counting on wednesday due to sw plateau also. Glad to hear it worked for you. Do you have a food diary from that week?
 
Yeah it's the app. Don't know how to do this, sorry. Generally I had 2 x crumpets for breakfast, a shop bought salad and low fat crisps for lunch, a SW style meal for tea then a 100 cal treat such as kit Kat in the evening. 2 days I had half a shop-bought pizza for tea at 400 cals (hadn't had any in soooo long!) hope this helps x
