Am I the only one doing the 2:5 method??

Hello all

As I wrote in the headline ... am I the only one here that run the 2:5 method??

That means that I fasting 2 days/week and eat normal the other 5.
Fasting is defined by a total intake of 500 cal for women and 600 cal for men.

I try to stay close to 500 mark and have dedicated Tuesdays and Thursdays as my "2"-days. Then I only have one meal of 500~600 cal at midday.

It would be nice to hear if more of you are trying this.
 
I'm not doing it but I am toying with the idea. And sticking to the calories allowed toe according to my fitness pal the other days.

How are you getting on with it?

I am doing fine now. I think my body has adjusted to my schedule and don't "punish" me as much now as in the beginning. :) At first I was really hungry at the usual breakfast and dinner time, but not so much now. I occasionally have some headache, but that is taken care of by drinking more water. You are allowed to drink as much coffee or tea as you like or prefer. Yesterday went well, I made an omelette on three eggs, one onion, 7 mushrooms and 5 thin slices of turkey meat and I stayed active the whole evening. Went to bed at 11:30PM feeling good.
