I'm conscious that I'm likely to do a big push on the diet for the start of my summer holidays, but then eat badly during them and be faced with my crimes at the start of September. This thread is to try and make me avoid that.
So, by 1st September, I will have hit my target weight of 10 stone 7 OR I'll be somewhere in the 10-11 stone ballpark and be happy with the weight I am. (I can't actually remember where the right weight is for me, and I don't want to pin on an absolute number in case it's the wrong one). I want to try and shift the weight by some point in July, but most importantly, I need to keep it off across the summer.
If anyone fancies joining me on the big count-down, that would be great.
From here, I need to lose about 52 lbs and maintain it.
