    Slinky for September

    I'm conscious that I'm likely to do a big push on the diet for the start of my summer holidays, but then eat badly during them and be faced with my crimes at the start of September. This thread is to try and make me avoid that.

    So, by 1st September, I will have hit my target weight of 10 stone 7 OR I'll be somewhere in the 10-11 stone ballpark and be happy with the weight I am. (I can't actually remember where the right weight is for me, and I don't want to pin on an absolute number in case it's the wrong one). I want to try and shift the weight by some point in July, but most importantly, I need to keep it off across the summer.

    If anyone fancies joining me on the big count-down, that would be great.

    From here, I need to lose about 52 lbs and maintain it.
    My weightloss diary

    Lost 5 stones to reach 168 lbs in 2011, but have managed to put 3 back on again! Let's not talk about that!

    Current goal:
    Lose the first stone (Feb '14)
    Lose the second stone 11lbs gone...

    End goal:
    Slim size 12, somewhere in the 10-11 stone ballpark.

    Yes! My birthday is in September and I'm hoping to go to India in September too so I definitely want my weight off by then

    So how's it all going? I'm staying on the straight and narrow but barely dropping at the moment. It's TOTM, which doesn't help, but I'm feeling a bit blah about it all.

    Need to get over it. The weight WILL come off if I stick at it.
