Exercise calories burnt

Do you eat your exercise calories or just ignore them?
 
I eat them back (most of them anyway) and have lost consistently doing so since I started. Good luck!

I only eats mine back if I've had a really hard workout, makes me feel all weak and shakey the next day if I don't :)
 
It depends. I don't think that your net calories should go under 1200, it's just not healthy but I aim for 1400 calories a day so I don't have to eat back every single calorie that I burn and I also don't think that I should eat those calories back in junk. Note I said don't think I should, not I always don't! ha
