    Look who's back... back again...

I highly doubt anyone will remember me, it's been a good 2 years or so since I've properly used this forum but I'm back, again, with lots to lose... again! I never managed to reach goal, I got into a new relationship and life kind of got in the way, I got content and the weight crept back on. I've spent the last 2 years losing the same 1-2 stone over and over again, I could have been at goal 3/4 times over if each stone was a new one! So I'm back to calorie counting and fitness as I've got 21 weeks until my wedding and lots of work to do in that time to fit in my dress. I need all the help and support I can get but I think I'm pretty good at giving it too if anyone fancies supporting each other.

Hi. I'm new here and like you, go through the same cycle of gaining/losing around 2 stone every year. I've done that consistently since reaching my target weight with slimming world almost 4 years ago.
I'm doing this approach to give me flexibility but also to make myself completely aware of my eating habits.
You've got a great incentive! I'm sure that you'll be able to keep focused and to reeducate along the way too!

I also gain and lose the same chunk of weight over and over again. When in reality I need to lose five stone not the same stone all the time. Lol

Good luck- I'm sure you'll do it with a wedding as your incentive. Look forward to hearing you get on each week.

    Hi Moog

It's just so hard isn't it ladies? Some people are lucky enough to be able to eat whatever they want and stay slim but I'm starting to realise that this will be a life long battle for me, for people like us. I think I'm always going to have to make that extra effort to lose AND maintain any weight loss.
