I'm starting calorie counting as from tomorrow. I am very overweight and panicking now as I get married in 5 month. I'm going to be having between 600/700 cals a day with supplements.
My target is to lose 4lb a week. As I get going with this ill start to exercise aswell and obviously increase my calories.
Anybody got any success stories with calorie counting. I saw some1 hadost 26lbs in 6 weeks.
