Newbie to calorie counting....
Well I have found myself at 13st 10 lbs :-( I'm 5ft10 so I can sort of carry it off, but I just feel huge. I'm off to Turkey 5 weeks on sat night and am desperate to lose a bit! Never tried calorie counting, I have a 3 year old so feel it might be more flexible?.
I'm a sufferer if pcos and really do find it so hard to lose weight. I go spinning every week but gonna up it to 3 or 4 times a week!!
