    Back again

    Hey everyone
    Well after switching from one diet club to another and back again for so long I can't even remember, I've decided to give up on diet clubs and go back to basics.

    Calorie counting is simple, effective and best of all free! I'm hoping with the support of some of you lovely people I won't feel the need to go to a group and can actually do this on my own

    Well just wanted to say hello and hope to get to know some of you

    March to December 2013 - lost 55lbs

    January 2014 - lost the weight that I gained in December then moved house - ate like a twunt!
    February 2014 - 1lb
    March 2014 - 6lbs
    April 2014 - 5lbs
    May 2014 - 2lbs
    June 2014 - 6lbs
    July 2014 - 2lbs
    August 2014 - 2lbs so far...

    I'm back to calorie counting too-although the vlcd's were fast I just couldn't stick to them for long enough to lose a decent amount of weight-and it was expensive to buy special food for me when there's children that need feeding at home.Plus the children's diet were getting more and more unhealthy so I decided to lead by example

    Thanks all for the welcome I never did actually get around to starting as ended up going away but now I have no excuses left so I have to face the dreaded scales in the morning. Feeling positive though that I can actually do this so fingers crossed this motivation sticks around!
