    Start BMI: 55.3
    Current BMI: 51.4
    Goal BMI: 21.5


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st10.1lb
    Weight to Lose: 13st1.6lb
    % Lost 7.09%

    Am not happy :(

    Weighed in today and have lost a measly pound again. Exactly the same as last week. I've been under my calories every single day and walked loads. At this rate I'm still going to be a fat blob for years. Ok I know I won't lose as fast as on a vlcd but a pound a week is just ridiculous. I feel like giving up. If it's going to come off that slowly then why am I even bothering?

    Goal 2:get into black and red top bought in Cornwall
    Goal 3:stick to calorie allowance for 30 days 19/06/14
    Goal 4:Lose 10% body weight
    Goal 5:Get under 23 stone25/06/14
    Goal 6:Lose 2 stone

    Don't give up. Losing a pound is going in the right direction, at least it's not putting on a pound. Iv been trying to follow slimming world and have just started calorie counting and I'm hoping to add some exercise too. X

    Hey don't give up!!! Even 1 pound is good! I understand that you want to lose more but our bodies are so strange things!! Nobody knows what will happen with weight! We can gain and lose without explanations! I am sure soon everything will go fasrter!! Just keep going and don't lose motivation!!

    Your in Cheltenham that's not far from me in Hereford. Keep going, a pound is a pound. A pound a week for a year is over three stones!

    Never ever give up! You're doing brilliantly well, and every pound you lose you'll be lighter on your feet! The way I look at it; I have five stones to lose. Everything I do, getting up from a chair, climbing the stairs, going for a dog walk, even getting in and out of the shower, I'm doing it carrying the equivalent of a 10 year old child on my back. It's a sobering thought, but true. That motivates me to stay on track even if I've got rid of just a pound.
    I am going to lose 7 stones.

    All diets fail...
    I am going to change one bad habit at a time, slowly, so that the change becomes the habit. I will not focus on an unachievable goal, I will concentrate on the every-day process of reaching that goal.

    i think you are doing extremely well, and take it from my personal experience, losing the weight quickly gives you an amazing feeling at the time, but the faster you lose it the faster it can come back on if you slack off the healthy eating even a little bit - i have lost count of the times i have lost drastic amounts of weight and then regained it all within a few months - if i had lost the weight at just a pound a week i know it would have stayed off me - so please dont give up! xxx
