WHATS YOUR GOAL???

Mine is to loose 28lb in 28 weeks or more if possible but I am determined to start 2015 at lease 2 stone lighter than I am today.

To have the figure I had in my mid twentys and to be confident about the way I look.

any tips, support of buddies along the way to keep me motivated would be great.

mountains can be climbed with little steps, let our journeys continue.

planning to keep a daily food diary and weekly Wednesday weigh in.

good luck to all trying to loose weight, keep your end goal insight.

DAY 1 breakfast -Quakers oats and 300ml no added sugar squash.
snack slice white toast 300ml no added squash
Lunch ham toll 400ml no added squash
Tea lasagne 400ml no added squash

Good luck reaching your goal!!

I have lotsa mini goals but the main aim is to hopefully be around 3 stone lighter by Christmas time.
 
Best of luck in reaching your goal, Any tips for keeping me on track. We are both aiming for similar target weights, would be good to check in with each other every now and then to spur each other on.
 
Best advice I can give is that you do have a wobble and fall off the wagon (as I did very recently!) don't get into a rut of blaming and shaming yourself. All that negativity ultimately stops you from getting back on track - at least for me any way. And if you find yourself still hungry/wanting to snack after your allocated intake don't be afraid to go over slightly with a healthy snack! Better that than ignore the pangs to the point of wanting to stuff your face with a lot of junk!

My goal weight takes me *just* into healthy BMI category cause of my height but I want to see how I feel when I get there and maybe set another goal depending :) Be good to check in like you said though!
 
Day 2

breakfast bacon roll at kids sports day
ham roll for lunch
pasta bolognese for tea

probably haven't drank as much fluids as I would have liked to, but I will improve on that tomorrow.
 
As I promised yesterday I will drink more today, starting my day with 500ml no added sugar squash.

Bacon roll and 500ml no added sugar squash
beef casserole currently in slow cooker
Another litre of no added sugar squash

i hope drinking all this fluid does actually effect my weight but if nothing else I'm sure over time skin will be better for it.

hope today is a good day for all those trying to loose weight, little steps climb mountains.

Ok, so realise i wont be able able to keep up with a daily food diary but i am going to log my weight every wednesday in order to track my progress.

Morning all, just checking in to see how everyone is doing, I'm feeling positive about achieving my goal again this week, good luck all on your weight loss journeys.
 
Hi belle of the ball :)

My weight loss goal is to be down a stone in about 8 weeks and a further 7 pounds for November when I am playing a lead role in ***** ****** superstar :) that will have me as slim as I have been in years just in time for my 1st wedding anniversary at the start of December :)
 
Thank you :) I do believe I can do it :) I'm just back from a 5km brisk walk and I've had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for my breakfast :) great start for me :)
 
Thanks binkybonk :) I have a lot of free time between now and the end of August and I'm dedicating that free time to me and me only :) I'm going to be good to myself.
