Google TDEE calculator. Once you know your TDEE minus 20% for approx 2lb loss per week. Xxx

It mostly individula stuff, but i guess you shoud it not more than 1500 calories per day. This is some kind of middle number for all women! If you wan to lose weight faster than 1200 calories (if you say you don't do lots of exercises so 1200 calories will be the best for you)
