Hi everyone how many calories should I eat to lose weight I am 5ft, 44 years old
It depends on how much you weigh and how much exercise you do.
Hi I weigh 10st 3 but don't do much exercise

March to December 2013 - lost 55lbs
January 2014 - lost the weight that I gained in December then moved house - ate like a twunt!
February 2014 - 1lb
March 2014 - 6lbs
April 2014 - 5lbs
May 2014 - 2lbs
June 2014 - 6lbs
July 2014 - 2lbs so far...
It mostly individula stuff, but i guess you shoud it not more than 1500 calories per day. This is some kind of middle number for all women! If you wan to lose weight faster than 1200 calories (if you say you don't do lots of exercises so 1200 calories will be the best for you)
