Hi all! Wonder if anyone can help? I was doing sw and lost inches rather than weight which I know is good but my mentality tells me I need to too loss on scales! Anyway I switched to calorie counting on 17th and although the scales now show a loss my clothes are tighter??
I started calorie counting as just wanted to shift a little bit extra before my wedding on 1st august but seems to be having opposite effect and now I dunno what to do, my dress is snug and if I am getting bigger it won't fit and have already had my final fitting just to ask does it matter what you use your calories on? Like can I eat less food with same calorie count eg a small Chinese instead of a big healthy dinner (but both the same calories?) thanks
