I have a weekend away in just under 4 weeks (the bank holiday) and I'd like to be ideally 10-14 pounds lower than I am now. Would my best bet be eliminating starchy carbs? I'm already calorie counting but my weight has stayed the same for two weeks and I have toast for breakfast, pasta at lunch and sometimes pasta for tea.
Whats my my best bet? I want it to come off but I want it to stay off too! I have 20 pounds in total to go.
