    Are there any new mums or soon to be mums calorie counting?

    *waves* me I have a 4 month old little girl called maisie, I had a caesarian so wasn't able to exercise straight after the birth so just starting my dieting/exercising journey now

    Yes my first baby. It's all very new to me. Was very scary at first. The first night she came home she screamed the house down, doesn't like the Moses basket at all. I'm trying to get her to sleep on it for a short while each day to get used to it

    Aww maisie was my first too, what you called her? The first few weeks is really hard & scary isn't it! Maisie never liked the Moses basket we ended up putting her in her pram and a crib, then she went in her cotbed at 3 months, she's much happier in there!

    We called her Seren. She's sleeping in a bouncy chair at the moment. I don't have her cot here, it's at my parents. We're in the process of sorting her room out so will get it up and tested in next few weeks.

    In loving every second of being a mum.

    While she is asleep today I'm looking into healthy eating and calorie counting. Got my fitness plan sorted just need the go ahead from the doctors. I don't go until 10th October. 3 weeks tomorrow.

    Not too bad. Still enjoying every moment on motherhood. Diets still a bit everywhere! Got my 6 week check on Tuesday as baby is 6 weeks tomorrow how ru getting on?

    To be honest the six week check was a waste of time, for both baby and me!

    I've about 6 stone to loose to my goal weight but I'd settle for healthy weight to start with.

    I bought a copy of the terriann 123 diet plan but it turns out it's the Dylan diet in disguise. What's worse is they won't accept refunds...

    Mine was the same but thought I was a one off that felt that lol, obviously not!
    Mine 6 stone to lose plus a bit lol!! I've done 8lb so far! I've never heard of either of them but they is very rubbish!! X

    I put over two stone on with my pregnancy. Te what I wanted when I wanted. My approach was I can always loose it after.

    I've given myself until my baby girl is 1 to get to goal.

    I put on 3 stone eek but lost all of it bar 4lb now! Woohoo weight day tomorrow fingers crossed I will of lost a bit more, then I ca start back on the original problem 6st lol!!
