    Calorie counting apps

    Hi

    I currently use MFP and was wondering what other apps are out there that people use or could recommend?
    10th June - start weight 14 st 5 1/4 lb

    STEP 2
    Week 1: 5.5 lb loss
    Weeks 2 - 5: 15 lb loss
    Weeks 6 - 9: 13 lb loss
    Week 10 - 12: 8 lb loss Goal reached


    Week 13 - 19: 3.5 lb loss

    3 stone and 3 lb loss so far

    I found a good calorie tracking app called spark people. It has loads of helpful articles about nutrition, motivation and exercise. I also like that you earn points for filling out your diary and hitting targets etc
    (just over 2 stone total lost in 2014 )
