Breakfasts?

Getting fed up of toast & cereal any other ideas?
I'm a vegetarian and I have a 5 month old daughter so not a lot of time for cooking x
 
Yoghurt and fruit makes quite a nice breakfast. I'm also watching sugar as well as counting cals so I have soya yoghurt to keep calories down and use berries as they're less sugary than most fruits :)
 
I don't eat breakfast myself, but I know protein is supposed to be the best thing to have. Do you eat eggs? :) xx

I was going to suggest omlette, one egg and an egg white lots of mushrooms and a baby bell light crumbled in comes to around 160cals

2 ricecakes and a bit of jam 100cal

Mixed fruit in jelly

I make porridge with water and add in a banana for flavour. ...Very filling and low cal :)
