Hi everyone,
I have been calorie counting since New Years Day and have lost about 17lbs (still a long way to go to target!). One of the things I was doing was making sure I was walking lots and the last couple of weeks I had reached my 10,000 steps every day.
However, last week we went to the Yorkshire Dales and went on a long 6 hour walk which has now done my left ankle and shin in and it hurts even to put pressure on it. I thought resting it would help but it is no better so am planning on getting it checked out.
This means my walking has come to a halt and therefore my calorie deficits have been on average 800 this week (I used to have at least 1,000 on a dailt basis when I was walking).
I was hoping for a bit of advice in regards to exercises I can do that don't put any pressure on my ankle so I can still keep my body burning those extra calories?
Thanks in advance xx
